Brand Coordinator

A Brand Coordinator is responsible for managing and coordinating efforts to build, maintain, and promote our corporate identity. They typically work closely with marketing, creative, and sales teams to ensure that branding efforts are aligned with the company’s goals and consistent across all channels.

Responsibilities

  • Brand Management:
    • Assist in the development and execution of brand strategies.
    • Ensure all internal and external communications adhere to brand guidelines.
    • Monitor and maintain brand consistency across all channels (digital, print, social media, etc.)
    • Coordinate with creative teams to develop marketing collateral, promotional materials, and other brand assets.
  • Project Coordination:
    • Work closely with marketing, product, and creative teams to manage the timely execution of brand-related projects.
    • Liaise with external agencies, vendors, and partners to ensure deliverables are aligned with brand objectives.
    • Track the progress of branding campaigns and provide updates to key stakeholders.
  • Market Research and Analysis:
    • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and potential areas of opportunity.
    • Analyze brand performance metrics and provide insights and recommendations for improvement.
    • Assist in preparing reports and presentations on brand performance and campaign effectiveness.
  • Event and Campaign Coordination:
    • Assist in the planning and execution of brand-related events, promotions, and marketing campaigns.
    • Coordinate the logistics for trade shows, product launches, and other brand events.
    • Ensure that all marketing and event materials align with the brand’s voice and image.
  • Content Management:\
    • Support content creation efforts, ensuring that messaging aligns with the brand’s tone and objectives.
    • Maintain an organized library of brand assets and ensure that they are up-to-date and accessible to relevant teams.
    • Monitor and manage the brand’s presence across social media platforms.
    • Collaborate with the digital marketing team to ensure the brand is represented consistently in online campaigns.
    • Monitor online conversations and feedback regarding the brand and provide timely responses when needed.
    • Act as a liaison between the brand management team and other departments to ensure brand initiatives are communicated effectively.
  • Social Media and Digital Presence:
    • Monitor and manage the brand’s presence across social media platforms.
    • Collaborate with the digital marketing team to ensure the brand is represented consistently in online campaigns.
    • Monitor online conversations and feedback regarding the brand and provide timely responses when needed.
  • Internal Communication:
    • Act as a liaison between the brand management team and other departments to ensure brand initiatives are communicated effectively.
    • Coordinate internal branding efforts to promote brand awareness within the company.

Skills

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. Experience in the lieu of degree may be excepted, skills and understanding will need to be demonstrated

  • 1-3 years of experience in marketing, brand management, or a related role, preferred but not required.

The desire to work in healthcare with the focus on home health, hospice would be a huge plus!

  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in execution.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing, social media, and content creation. Metricool, Canva, Semrush experience a plus
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), project management software, and basic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
