Tender Care Home Health & Hospice was established in El Paso in 2006 to provide the best home-based patient care possible with a focus on empathy and respect. Our goal is to make a difference in the lives of our patients, their families, our referral sources, and our community.
We service all of El Paso, along with Fabens, Clint, Canutillo, Horizon City, Socorro, Sparks, and San Elizario.
Our growth and success have allowed us to expand our services into the Las Cruces, New Mexico region where we are proud to serve the community by providing a wide variety of services such as home health, palliative and hospice to our patients with the utmost in advanced medical care.
We service all of Las Cruces along with, Sunland Park, Radium Springs, Organ, White Sands, Tortugas, Mesilla, La Mesa, Mesquite, San Miguel, Chamberino, Vado, Chaparral, La Union, Berino, Anthony, and Santa Teresa.
